In the Moscow region town of Lyubertsy, a huge block of ice fell on the line in front of the military registration and enlistment office and killed a man who wanted to register for military service. “On December 20, 2023, ice and snow fell from the roof of a building located in the city of Lyubertsy, which injured four people. Subsequently, one of the victims died in the hospital from his injuries,” the statement says.
According to the Shot telegram channel, the deceased, 34-year-old Fedor Kuzmin, worked in a staircase manufacturing company. At the hospital, he was diagnosed with a broken spine, broken ribs, a ruptured liver and a punctured lung. He stood in line to register for military service at his place of registration.
According to the Mash telegram channel, his wife stood in line with Kuzmin. She is also among the victims - she has a fracture in her spine. The spouses have children - according to various sources, three or four.
