The State Agency for Reconstruction and Development has successfully secured 66 contracts amounting to ₴3.05 billion for the reconstruction of various civil structures. These include residential buildings, educational institutions, hospitals, administrative offices, train stations, and utilities in areas most severely impacted by the conflict, spanning seven regions. The announcement highlights the agency's commitment to the restoration of essential services.
According to the agency, the contracts cover the revitalization of 251 residential structures, three each for infrastructure and medical facilities, two for education and housing and communal services, and one for social infrastructure. The total contract value of ₴3.05 billion reflects a reduction of ₴260 million, thanks to transparent procurement practices.
The agency also reports a notable increase in the number of participants in the procurement process, with an average of 4.1 bidders in auctions held in December. This signifies growing engagement from restoration services.
It is essential to note that all reconstruction works are financed through the Fund for the Elimination of Consequences of Armed Aggression by the Russian Federation.
