Ukrainian allies were not late in helping Ukraine, but its delay still affected the battlefield.

“It’s not too late, but, of course, the delay has led to real consequences: Ukrainians lack artillery shells in a ratio of 1 to 5 and even 1 to 10, depending on the section of the front line,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on the American television channel MSNBC.

According to him, the West sees that due to a lack of air defense systems, Ukraine has begun to shoot down fewer missiles with which the Russian Federation attacks Ukrainian cities.

Recently, the Secretary General noted that Alliance members agreed to provide Ukraine with more air defense systems. The initiator of the search and dispatch of air defense equipment is Germany. Berlin was pleased that there was progress on this issue.
