Near Kremennaya, the enemy tried to break through the defensive positions of the Ukrainian soldiers the day before, but the offensive failed. This was announced by the head of the Lugansk regional military administration Sergei Gaidai.
"Yesterday, near Kremennaya, the enemy tried to make a breakthrough. An infantry company and a company of occupying tanks went forward. The battle was very difficult - our guys destroyed several Russian tanks. Their offensive bogged down. The situation there stabilized," he said.
In the Svatovsky direction yesterday, the invaders evacuated the dead and wounded. There, the previous day, they had suffered significant losses during their attempts to break through.
