The Russian elite 155th marine brigade, which was recently defeated in the Ugledar direction, was not withdrawn from the Donetsk region. Instead, it was merged with another brigade of the Russian army.
“We received a message that the 155th and 40th brigades of the Russian army were not withdrawn from the occupied territories of Ukraine. Instead, they were combined into one brigade and left on the territory of the occupied Donetsk region. They were also brought reinforcements in more than 43 buses, which were seen in Melitopol. Basically, these are mobilized Russians," said Aleksey Dmitrashkovsky, spokesman for the Tauride Defense Forces, on the air of the Espresso TV channel.
Dmitrashkovsky also confirmed the information that the Wagner PMC mercenaries do not have enough ammunition and medicines. Because of this, there were fewer "Wagnerites" on the front line.
"This information is also confirmed by captured Wagnerites. They also talk about disputes between mercenaries and servicemen of the regular army of the Russian Federation. Now we hardly see Wagnerites on the front line, because they have nothing to fight with," he said.
