In Ukraine, emergency power outages are applied due to a massive missile attack by the Russian Federation.
"Morning. Due to an enemy attack, emergency blackouts are applied. This is a preventive step, as you all remember," Sergey Kovalenko, CEO of YASNO electricity supplier, said on Facebook.
According to the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, in Telegram, due to the missile attack, power engineers used technological emergency shutdowns of power supply in the capital.
