Russia has a seriously developed system of electronic warfare, which helps to "land" drones. This was said, commenting on today's possible attack by drones of the Ministry of Defense in Moscow, the representative of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, on the air of the telethon.
He noted that he does not know any details about this possible attack, but does not rule out that someone's drones could be eliminated without air defense, but with the help of electronic warfare.
“Unfortunately, the occupiers have gone far ahead in this matter, because they have developed the direction of electronic warfare. It is not necessary to shoot down UAVs with anti-aircraft guns, but you can simply force it to “sit down,” Ignat emphasized.
According to him, Russia has powerful electronic warfare stations that interfere with the work of our Defense Forces, and they have enough of these systems. "Ukraine also has good progress in the means of electronic warfare, but we started a little late, we should have started earlier," he added.
