The Ukrainian military has already shot down 14 Russian Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, which a few months ago were considered "elusive" for our air defense. This was reported by Yuriy Ignat, a representative of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
As he noted in a comment to "Ukrainian Radio", Ukrainian air defense also shot down more than 20 Iskander and S-400 missiles. At the same time, according to Ignat, the enemy produces about 100 missiles of various types every month, among which is the "Dagger" (X-47). At the same time, he added that the stock of "Kinzhalov" in the Russian Federation is relatively small.
"More than one "Kynzhal" was destroyed by the air defense of Ukraine. In particular, on May 16 - 6 missiles, on June 16 - also 6, and now we have one more (during the attack on August 11). That is, there are already 14 "Kynzhals" were shot down by the air defense of Ukraine. Add to them more than 20 downed ballistic missiles, including "Iskander" and S-400. Taking into account that "Kynzhal" moves in the sky at a great speed, more than 7 thousand kilometers per hour, then the time for his liquidation is not enough," Ignat emphasized.
