In the Lviv region, as a result of a Russian missile strike on the night of Tuesday, August 15, many houses were damaged.
As of 07:00, it is known that 10 houses in Stavchany were damaged, some people received minor injuries, said the head of the Lviv regional military administration, Maxim Kozitsky. According to him, houses in Sukhovol were also damaged.
"In Lviv, fragments of rockets fell on apartment buildings on Paton and Kakhovska streets. There was a fire. There is destruction. People were evacuated. There are victims. They are being provided with all the necessary medical assistance. Information about the dead has not yet been received," the official said.
Kozitsky added that small fires were recorded in other parts of the regional center, they were quickly extinguished. In addition, a ceiling collapsed in one of the city's hypermarkets due to falling debris. Vehicle damage was also reported.
