The head of government announced this in a telegram.
"An important meeting with German Finance Minister Christian Lindner, who arrived in Ukraine on a visit. We discussed the prospects for Ukraine's cooperation with the German Credit Institution for Recovery (KfW). We are implementing 5 joint investment projects for 247 million euros, and preparing three more for 73 million euros," he said. Shmigal.
He thanked the German government for its support - armed, sanctions, financial, and recalled that Ukraine received more than 1.5 billion euros of macro-financial assistance from Germany, most of it in the form of a grant.
"We are grateful for the support of the IMF program, for the role of Germany in the EU Ukraine Facility program, for promoting European integration," the prime minister said.
He noted that Ukraine expects the participation of German business in the restoration.
During the meeting, the head of the Ukrainian government also stressed the need to tighten sanctions against the Russian Federation and confiscate Russian assets, which will be the main source of financing for the recovery.
Christian Lindner assured that Germany would continue to support Ukraine, and cooperation projects would be long-term.
