The defense forces continue to destroy the enemy and are trying to push back their firing positions in order to reduce the number of shellings on the right side of the Kherson region.
Natalya Gumenyuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, said this during the telethon. Answering a question about the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ forays onto the left bank, which is occupied by the enemy, she noted that combat work continues. “And in the conditions in which it is now being conducted, we urgently need information silence,” she noted.
At the same time, Gumenyuk added that when there is success and consolidation, we will talk about it. “For now, we continue to work and destroy the enemy. The most important task for us now is to push back as many enemy firing positions as possible, so that it would be a little easier for the Kherson residents on the right bank and knock out the possibility of air strikes and guided bomb attacks, with which they are extremely powerfully destroying the Berislavsky region,” she said .
