In the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Daniel, a battalion of former convicts was formed, it was called “Kharakterniki”.

It is noted that they have already taken the Military Oath of Allegiance to the Ukrainian people and said the prayer of the Ukrainian nationalist. “In the near future, the “Kharakterniki” will begin to carry out combat missions and show themselves on the battlefield,” the message says.
