Special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with members of the Security Service and reconnaissance marines, discovered and destroyed the Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system, from which the Russians fired at Ukrainian positions on the left bank of the Kherson region.
The MTR reported this on Telegram and showed a video that showed how the enemy system was hit. “In the Kherson direction, USBU operators, in cooperation with the USBU in the Kharkov region and reconnaissance officers of the 140th ORB (separate reconnaissance battalion - Ed.) of the Marine Corps, discovered the Russian TOS-1A Solntsepek flamethrower system. The enemy fired at the positions of Ukrainian troops daily from the flamethrower system on the bridgehead in Krynki, on the left bank of the Kherson region,” the message says.
The MTR added that the enemy "Solntsepek" was destroyed with the help of attack UAVs (unmanned aerial systems).
