New High-Speed Route
Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukraine's state-owned railway company, announces the launch of a high-speed train service, Intercity train No. 747/748, set to connect major cities including Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil. Termed as "Tarpan," this train is optimized for convenient morning departures to the capital and evening returns.

Schedule and Route
The new Intercity train No. 747 will depart daily from Kyiv at 16:30, making stops at stations including Koziatyn-1, Kalynivka-1, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and arriving at Ternopil at 23:02. In the opposite direction, train No. 748 will depart from Ternopil at 6:32 in the morning and reach Kyiv at 12:45.

Ticket Availability
Passengers can already purchase tickets for this train via the Ukrzaliznytsia app, website, chatbot, or at station counters, providing easier access to convenient travel options.

Future Plans
Ukrzaliznytsia has unveiled a new timetable for train operations set to be implemented on December 10, providing a glimpse into the planned railway movement throughout 2024.
