The European Green Course and Vinnytsia's Response
Deputy Mayor Andriy Ocheretnyi revealed that Vinnytsia was among the first Ukrainian territorial communities to adopt the European Green Deal in January 2022. To encourage the transition to green energy, Vinnytsia introduced its incentives for enterprises installing solar power stations. This municipal compensation program, allocating a portion of community taxes, has already supported seven local businesses in implementing solar energy projects.
