This was announced by the adviser to the mayor of temporarily occupied Mariupol, Pyotr Andryushchenko. According to him, this happened in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation - near the border with Ukraine.
It is noted that as a result of the explosion, the deputy head of the Krasnoyaruzh administration, Igor Borodayenko, had his legs torn off. He is in intensive care in serious condition.
