During the day, 99 military clashes occurred. In particular, in the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repulsed 16 enemy attacks, where the enemy tried to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
As the General Staff report states, in the Liman direction, our defenders repelled 13 attacks by the invaders near Belogorivka, Luhansk region and east of Ternov, Spornoye, Donetsk region. In the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 7 enemy attacks near Bogdanovka, Kleshchievka and Andreevka.
And in the Avdeevka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who is not abandoning attempts to encircle Avdeevka. Our military steadfastly holds the defense, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. The defense forces repelled 14 enemy attacks in the areas of Novokalinovoy, east of Novobakhmutovka, Avdeevka, and another 22 attacks near Severny, Pervomaisky and Nevelsky.
In the Maryinsky direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Maryinka, Pobeda and Novomikhailovka, where our defenders repulsed 10 attacks.
In the Zaporozhye direction, the Defense Forces repelled 6 enemy attacks west of Verbovoy and south of Robotino.
At the same time, in the Melitopol direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to actively inflict losses on the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, depleting the enemy along the entire front line.
In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue measures to expand the bridgehead. Despite the setbacks, the enemy did not abandon his intention to dislodge our units from their positions and carried out more than 30 unsuccessful assault operations. He was repulsed and retreated with losses. “Our defenders are conducting a counter-battery fight, inflicting fire on the enemy’s rear,” the message says.
