The Ukrainian Armed Forces repulsed dozens of attacks in the Kupyansky and Kherson directions, - General Staff

Over the past day, December 24, 66 military clashes took place at the front.
As the General Staff reported in its morning report, in the Kupyansk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 21 enemy attacks near Sinkovka, Kharkov region, and Stelmakhovka, Luhansk region.
At the same time, in the Bakhmut direction, our defenders repelled 5 attacks by the invaders near the settlements of Bogdanovka, Kleshchievka and Andreevka in the Donetsk region.
In the Avdeevka direction, the defense forces continue to hold back the enemy, who is not abandoning attempts to encircle Avdeevka. Our soldiers steadfastly hold the defense and repulse 14 enemy attacks east of Novobakhmutovka, Stepnoy, Avdeevka, as well as 17 attacks near Pervomaiskoye and Nevelskoye, Donetsk region.
In the Maryinsky direction, the occupiers tried to break through in the Marinka and Novomikhailovka areas of the Donetsk region. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 5 attacks.
In the Shakhtarsky direction, Ukrainian defenders repulsed an enemy attack southwest of Staromayorske, Donetsk region.
In the Zaporozhye direction, our troops repulsed 3 enemy attacks near Rabotino and south of Gulyai-Polye, Zaporozhye region.
In the Kherson direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to expand the bridgehead, while the enemy continues to try to dislodge our units from their positions. The invaders carried out 23 unsuccessful assaults, received a worthy rebuff and retreated.
“The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to actively inflict losses on the occupying forces in manpower and equipment, depleting the enemy along the entire front line,” the General Staff added.
