This opinion was expressed by management officer of the 12th Azov Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Dmitry Andryushchenko with the call sign “Diplomat” in an interview with TSN presenter Natalya Ostrovskaya, talking about in-demand professions in the Ukrainian army.
"If you want people not to run away from you, explain to people what you want to convey to them. Make statements, including public ones, write about it in your Telegram channels or on official websites. Explain what this does not mean, that you grab a man and immediately throw him naked, barefoot and without skills into a trench,” he said.
According to Andryushchenko, in order to build a professional army that will efficiently carry out combat missions, it is necessary to prepare a person, ask where he sees himself in the army, and only then provide him with a qualified military profession according to his skills.
“There is no need to intimidate people, intimidate them or throw them somewhere without experience. Talk, train, prepare and then you will have high-quality personnel,” Andryushchenko added.
Also, men must understand that sooner or later everyone will have to go through war, so we must be prepared for this, the military man added.
