Rivne witnessed a poignant farewell to the extraordinarily creative and sincere individual, Maxim Krivtsov, who was not only a poet but also a photographer and a life enthusiast. The city council acknowledged that Krivtsov's works found their place in anthologies dedicated to soldiers and volunteers, such as "There, Where Home Is," and collections like "Among Sirens," "Love 2.0. Love and War," and "Lullaby of the 21st Century Vol. 1: What Will Lull You?"

Krivtsov's verses were transformed into songs featured in Ukrainian films, and in December 2023, his long-awaited collection, "Poems from the Trench," was finally published.

Maxim volunteered for the "Right Sector" and the National Guard, serving in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO). He cared for veterans and, with the onset of a full-scale invasion, transitioned from civilian life to military equipment, becoming a machine gunner in the 3rd Separate Spetsnaz Regiment named after Prince Svyatoslav the Brave.

According to Rivne's mayor, Alexander Tretyak, Maxim's memory will endure not only in verses and songs but also in the naming of a street in his hometown in his honor. However, this, he emphasizes, is not enough – the life of the poet was far more valuable.

On Thursday, January 11, in Kyiv, a farewell ceremony took place for the late poet Maxim "Dali" Krivtsov. The requiem service was held at St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery.
