Ukraine Invites Indian Business for Reconstruction Partnership

Ukraine has positioned itself as a strategic partner for one of India's most influential global investment forums, the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit. Breaking new ground, Ukraine aims to rebuild its infrastructure while extending an invitation to India to be a reliable partner in this crucial undertaking. The call for collaboration comes amidst ongoing efforts to enhance global partnerships and economic resilience.
The first Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, emphasized the urgency of reconstruction, stating, "We are starting the reconstruction of Ukraine now, not waiting for the end of the war, and we invite India, our reliable partner and the voice of the Global South, to join this reconstruction. We are interested in creating joint ventures in Ukraine as it offers an opportunity to generate new jobs, increase budget revenues, and consequently, build a more robust economy, supporting our defense capabilities."
President Volodymyr Zelensky extended an invitation to the Indian Prime Minister to participate in the implementation of the Formula of Peace, reinforcing the commitment to diplomatic solutions and international cooperation.
