Former head of Kyiv metro left the country with a fake TCC conclusion, - police

The former head of the Kyiv Metro Municipal Enterprise left Ukraine based on a fake VVK conclusion. As reported by the Kyiv Police Communications Department, investigative actions are being carried out against the former head of Kyiv metro.
In particular, by decision of the medical commission, the man was excluded from military registration due to an allegedly incurable disease.
"A criminal case has been initiated on this fact, within the framework of which investigators from the capital's police are currently conducting a search of the enterprise's office premises," the report says.
As it became known from sources in law enforcement agencies, this is Viktor Braginsky. Braginsky held the position of head of the Kyiv Metro Municipal Enterprise in 2014-2024.
