Over the past 24 hours, January 14, 94 military clashes took place at the front between the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Russian occupiers.
According to the General Staff in its morning report, in the Kupyansky direction the defense forces repelled 3 enemy attacks in the Sinkovka and Petropavlovka areas of the Kharkov region.
At the same time, the enemy intensified attacks in the Liman direction. 14 assaults were repulsed near Makeyevka, Belogorivka in the Luhansk region and Verkhnekamensky in the Donetsk region. The invaders carried out another 5 unsuccessful attacks near Kleschievka and Andreevka, Donetsk region, in the Bakhmut direction.
“In the Avdeevka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who does not give up attempts to encircle Avdeevka. Our soldiers staunchly hold the defense, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. Thus, over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces have repulsed 11 enemy attacks in the areas of Novobakhmutovka, Stepnoy, Avdeevka and 14 more attacks near Pervomaisky and Nevelsky, Donetsk region,” the department added.
According to the General Staff, in the Maryinsky direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 attacks near Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Novomikhailovka in the Donetsk region. In the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy attacked 10 times near Krasnoye, west of Verbovoy and Rabotinoy, but had no success.
“In the Kherson direction, the defense forces continue measures to expand the bridgehead. Despite significant losses, the invaders do not give up attempts to dislodge our units from their positions. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy carried out 7 unsuccessful assault operations on the positions of Ukrainian defenders. At the same time, our soldiers They continue to actively inflict losses on the occupying forces in manpower and equipment, depleting the enemy along the entire front line,” the military said.
