The Ukrainian armed forces have advanced in several directions of the front, in particular, geolocation footage confirms the advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the northwest of Pobeda near Donetsk and in the south near Robotino, analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War report.
Kupyansk-Svatovo-Kremennaya
Both Russian and Ukrainian forces have achieved proven successes along the Kupyansk-Svatovo-Kremennaya line. Geolocation footage released on February 11 shows that Ukrainian forces have regained some tactical positions about three kilometers east of Yampolovka (west of Kremennaya), analysts write. At the same time, Russian troops have advanced slightly northwest of the Sinkovka - Lake Liman area (northeast of Kupyansk, as well as east of Ternov (west of Kremennaya) and are now operating within two kilometers of the outskirts of Ternov.
The situation in the Bakhmut direction
Russian troops were reported to have advanced west from Bakhmut amid ongoing trench fighting in the area on 12 February. Russian military officers claimed that Russian troops advanced up to one kilometer along the O0506 Bakhmut-Chasov Yar highway in the direction of Khromovo, in a field north of the village. Bogdanovka, as well as near Kleshchievka. However, ISW found no visual evidence to support these claims.
The situation in Avdeevka
Russian forces reportedly advanced into Avdeevka amid trench fighting near the city on February 12. Some Russian military officers have claimed that Russian troops crossed the railway line at Avdievka and established a foothold in the dacha area west of the railway, but ISW has not yet found visual evidence of Russian military activity west of the railway line at Avdievka.
Russian military officers claimed that Russian troops continued to advance along Chistyakov Street and Zheleznodorozhny Lane in the northern part of Avdeevka and advanced 300 meters inland along the road in the south of Avdeevka, and also claimed advances in the forest belt east of the experienced one and advanced further into Pervomayskoye. At the same time, ISW has not seen any visual confirmation of any of these Russian claims.

Situation in the south
It is noted that Ukrainian troops confirmed an offensive in the west of the Zaporozhye region against the backdrop of positional battles in the area on February 12.
As analysts write, geolocation footage published on February 12 shows that Ukrainian troops have advanced west of Pyatikhatki near Kamenske. One Russian military commander claimed that Russian troops had advanced near Novoprokopovka, although ISW found no visual evidence to support this claim.
