The enemy has increased pressure on the Ukrainian bridgehead in the Kherson region: the General Staff revealed details

The Russian-Ukrainian war continues and over the past 24 hours, 76 military clashes took place between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the Russian occupiers.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Facebook that the situation in the Volyn and Polesie directions remains unchanged. In Seversky and Slobozhansky, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, carries out sabotage activities and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border.
The enemy did not carry out any assault operations in the Kupyansk direction. In neighboring Limansky, two attacks by the invaders were repulsed within 24 hours near the village of Terny, Donetsk region.
The enemy tried to break through the defenses of Ukraine the most times in the Bakhmut direction - 31 clashes took place there. Another 8 are in the Avdeevsky direction.
The situation in the Novopavlovsk direction remains tense. With the support of aviation, the enemy attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces 22 times.
Also, 5 enemy attacks were repelled in the Orekhovsky direction in the districts of Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region and Robotino, Zaporozhye region.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy does not abandon his intention to dislodge our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper. So, over the past 24 hours, the enemy made 8 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our troops.
The occupiers also carried out 7 missile and 104 air strikes, carried out 108 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, there are deaths and injuries among the civilian population.
But Ukrainian troops continue to inflict losses on the enemy both in manpower and equipment. Thus, in the past 24 hours alone, Ukrainian aviation hit 1 control point, 5 anti-aircraft missile systems, 1 communications tower and 13 areas where enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated.
And units of the missile forces defeated 1 anti-aircraft missile system, 1 UAV control point, 1 artillery system, 3 areas where the occupiers’ weapons and military equipment were concentrated.
