On May 18, a new law on mobilization will come into force. According to its norms, within 60 days, all men liable for military service between the ages of 18 and 60 must come and update their data in the TCC and SP.
Representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Dmitry Lazutkin explained the algorithm of actions for reconciling data in the TCC and SP for citizens with the status of “limited fitness”. In particular, during the telethon he told how much time they have to update them.
“The norms of the law are such that within 60 days, all those liable for military service, starting from May 18, must come and clarify their data. If we talk about “limitedly fit”, then this can be done even after the person passes the military medical commission, having received referral to TCC and SP. It will already be clear whether he is suitable or unsuitable, because he is “limitedly suitable”, this status as such is canceled,” he emphasized.
Therefore, it does not matter whether a person received “restricted fitness” status before February 24, 2022 or after. You still need to undergo data verification.
“This is exactly what the law says. This can be done through an electronic account, a mobile application, which should go live on May 18, or through the Central Administrative Service, or the TCC SP,” Lazutkin emphasized.
In response to a clarifying question about whether there is a mechanism by which a citizen liable for military service who comes to clarify the data can immediately receive a summons on the spot, the representative of the Ministry of Defense noted that first the person will be sent to a military medical commission.
“If we talk about “limited fitness,” then this is all regulated by order 402, which prescribes all diagnoses, all diseases. Most likely, the person will be sent to the VVK, where he will undergo a comprehensive examination, because a conclusion will have to be made. And in accordance with already the new norms will assign it a new status,” added Lazutkin.
