Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi has died, and now the authorities are thinking about how to inform people about this.

Arash Azizi, a senior lecturer in history and political science at Clemson University, writes about this in an article for The Atlantic. According to him, this information was given to him by a source close to the president in Tehran.

"Raisi's death has been confirmed and authorities are looking for a way to communicate the news without causing chaos. I have not been able to independently confirm this," he wrote.

According to Azizi, after Raisi's death, various political factions will begin to demonstrate their strength. At the same time, some people were already setting off fireworks in Tehran to celebrate the potential death of the president.

"Most Iranians feel almost unrepresented by any faction of the Islamic Republic, and some may seize the moment of political crisis to reignite the street protests that have repeatedly besieged the regime in the past," the historian added.
