On the night of May 30, the occupying army of the Russian Federation launched a missile and air strike on military installations and critical infrastructure in Ukraine.
According to Air Force Commander Nikolai Oleshchuk, the enemy used 8 S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles in the Kharkov region. Also, Ukrainian territory was attacked by 11 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles from Tu-95 MS strategic aviation aircraft (launch area Saratov region of the Russian Federation) and 32 attack UAVs of the "Shahed-131/136" type from Primorsko-Akhtarsk of the Russian Federation and the occupied Cape Chauda Crimea.
“The anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, mobile fire groups and electronic warfare units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled the enemy’s air attack. As a result of the anti-aircraft battle, 7 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and 32 attack UAVs “Shahed-131/136” were shot down within Khmelnitsky, Dnepropetrovsk, Cherkassy, Kirovograd, Zaporozhye, Odessa, Kherson, Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions,” the commander noted.
