It will be very difficult for Ukrainians in apartment buildings this winter due to a long lack of electricity supplies, said Oleg Popenko, Chairman of the Union of Utility Consumers, on Ranok.LIVE.
“It will be especially difficult for those who have electric heating, electric stoves and other electrical appliances. Because it will be difficult to cook food, there will be no heating. Therefore, people should now think and really look for the opportunity to move to other cities or regions where there will be a supply of electricity. Or better yet look towards the private sector," Popenko said.
According to him, it is impossible for Ukraine to restore the required volume of energy generation in a short period of time of 1-2 years. Therefore, the winter will be difficult and blackouts will continue.
