This opinion was expressed by the acting commander of the Kastus Kalinovsky Regiment, Pavel “Dzyadzka” Shurmey, in an interview with Online.ua. According to him, in this case, the occupiers will want to reach the Dnieper, and also capture Odessa and Nikolaev.
“When Russia suffers such a defeat that it is forced to return to the borders of 1991, then there will be more understanding in their heads that there is no need to start a new war, because it will end very unpleasantly,” he added.
