At 01:35, the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported a threat of the use of ballistic weapons from the south. Within two minutes, a warning appeared about a high-speed target on Odessa, people were called upon to immediately take shelter.
Chairman of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper also called on residents of Odessa and the Odessa region to stay in shelters until lights out. The public reported an explosion in the city. Soon the military announced the end of the ballistics threat.
