At about 4 a.m., the occupiers struck twice at residential buildings in the central part of the city of Chuguev.
This was announced by the head of the Kharkov Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov. He clarified that there was damage to residential buildings, retail facilities, social services and other civil infrastructure.
“At this moment, there are 7 wounded, including a 14-year-old boy. All are in moderate and mild condition. The boy’s condition is stable,” said the head of the Regional State Administration.
All 7 victims were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds, there is no threat to life.
Sinegubov detailed that the first hit was near the house. Nine cars were burned. The windows of a 9-story and 5-story building, the roof and windows of a 2-story residential building, and two shops were damaged.
As a result of the second hit, administrative buildings, the glazing of an unfinished five-story building, and a private house were damaged.
“Rescuers, doctors, law enforcement agencies - all emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of Russian terror. Elimination of the consequences continues,” Sinegubov said.
After some time, Sinegubov clarified that the number of wounded had increased to 9 people.
