On the morning of July 23, a massive cyber attack by specialists from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense began on the banking system of the aggressor state of Russia.

According to a source in the intelligence service, as a result of the strike, the operation of payment systems, mobile applications of banks, personal accounts, payment systems for services in public transport, and the like was stopped or significantly complicated. There are also interruptions in the work of the main mobile operators and Internet providers in Russia.

According to the interlocutor, users throughout the Russian Federation are complaining that they cannot use the digital services of a number of major banking institutions in the Russian Federation at once. In particular, online services do not work or have significantly degraded in Alfa Bank, Sberbank, Raiffeisen Bank, VTB Bank, RSHB Bank, Gazprombank, T-Bank, and iBank online banking.

In addition, the work of the national payment systems of terrorists - the "SBP Fast Payment System" and the National Payment Card System "NSPK" - was blocked or significantly disrupted.

Also, Russian users on social networks complain en masse about the inability to use mobile communications or mobile Internet from Beeline, Megafon, Tele2 and Rostelecom.

As the source informed, Russia has already recognized that the massive disruption of online services is a consequence of an attack by “politically motivated hackers.” At the same time, Ukrainian intelligence notes that the attack is still ongoing and is far from over.

“In fact, Russians are thus achieving their “goals,” which, as we know, is going “according to plan.” Russia and Putin’s serfs are returning to the “origins” and “links”: the “NATO” Internet has less and less influence on the lives of Russians, and online services are disappearing as “hostile liberal values.” This is a good moment to fully implement the “import substitution” desired by the Kremlin in the format of wooden bills, paper passbooks and rock accounting paintings. We, for our part, are making every effort to speed it up. this process and return Muscovites to a time when no bitcoin, stock exchange or even dollar had any influence on their lives. After all, they simply will not have access to this,” the agency’s interlocutor commented on the situation.
