TCC fined Ukrainians who updated their data in the "Reserve+" application, but came to regional centers to clarify their data.
MP Oleksandr Fediyenko reported three such cases on Telegram. According to him, the fined conscripts told him about these cases personally.
The first conscript was not registered with the TCC, but after he contacted the TCC to clarify his data, having updated it through "Reserve+", he received a fine of 17 thousand UAH.
The second one lost his military ID somewhere, and when he came to update his data, after he had already done so through "Reserve+", he also received a fine of 17 thousand UAH, due to the loss of his military ID.
The third case is similar to the second, but there the conscript had a certificate from the police about the theft of his documents along with his military ID. This citizen was also fined, although not 17 thousand UAH.
"I went with a lawyer, he helped me fill out the documents correctly. The fine was not 17 thousand, but 5100," the conscript said.
The MP noted that the head of this TCC may have some other instruction to explain.
"All fines of the TCC are imposed in accordance with the current legislation, there are no questions for the heads of these TCCs. Although, to be honest, I don't understand. In the first case, I am sure that a warning could have been enough," he noted.
