Russia continues to put pressure on the front: the General Staff reported on the battles

Over the past 24 hours, 71 combat clashes occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front, 30 of them in the Pokrovsky direction.
According to the latest report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army launched four missile strikes and 45 air strikes, and also carried out 229 attacks with kamikaze drones. In addition, the invaders carried out almost 2,300 shellings of troop positions and populated areas of the country.
In the Kharkov direction, the invaders attacked three times near Vovchansk and Tikhyi. Units of the Defense Forces successfully repelled two assaults, another one is ongoing. In the Kupyansk direction, the occupiers carried out four attacks in the area of Peschanoye, Berestovoye and in the direction of Glushkovka. One combat clash is ongoing.
The Russians attacked 12 times in the Liman direction, trying to advance in the direction of the settlements of Makeyevka, Nevskoye, Novosadovo and in the Serebryansky forest. Three clashes are still ongoing. In the Seversky direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled six assault actions by the Russians in the areas of Ivano-Daryevka, Verkhnekamenskoye, Spirnoye and Vyemka. Fighting continues in three locations.
In the Kramatorsk direction, there were five clashes. The invaders were active in the area of Chasovy Yar, Kleshcheyevka and Ivanovskoye. Four attempts to push back the Ukrainian Armed Forces units were futile, the battle continues near Chasovy Yar. The situation is under control, the General Staff noted.
With the support of aviation, Russian troops tried four times to wedge into the defense of the Ukrainian forces in the Toretsk direction. They attacked near the settlements of Zheleznoye, Druzhba and New York. Two attacks were repelled, two more are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 30 offensive and assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Vozdvizhenka, Novoaleksandrovka, Kalinovoye, Novogrodovka, Grodovka, Zhelannoye, Orlovka and Nikolayevka. Nine clashes continue, the fighters are taking measures to hold certain lines.
According to preliminary data, over the past day, the occupiers lost more than 250 killed and wounded. Also, Ukrainian fighters destroyed three artillery systems, a combat armored vehicle, a MLRS, three cars and one unit of special equipment. One Russian tank and artillery system were significantly damaged.
In the Kurakhovsky direction, two combat clashes occurred. The Russians remain active, trying to advance in the Konstantinovka area. The Defense Forces units repelled one attack, the battle continues. In Vremovskoye, the occupiers are attacking in the direction of Vodyanoye, the situation is under control.
In the Orekhov direction, Ukrainian troops repelled two unsuccessful attacks near Malaya Tokmachka. In the Pridneprovsk direction - without significant changes, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled two attacks.
