As a result of the enemy missile strike on Sumy, more than a dozen people were wounded, including four children.
This was reported by the communications department of the Sumy region police. "Due to the shelling, 13 people were wounded, including four children. An educational institution and at least five multi-story buildings were damaged," the report says.
The police added that all relevant services are working at the scene, and residents of the damaged houses are receiving the necessary assistance.
"A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 438 of the Criminal Code ("violation of the laws and customs of war")," the National Police noted.
