In particular, in the comments, Kyivstar users write that it is impossible to make a call, because there is no mobile connection. Such problems, in particular, are observed in the Kharkiv region, Cherkassy, Krivoy Rog, Chernihiv and the region, Zaporozhye, Kirovograd region, etc.
"Where is the connection? Why is there no Internet and shows that I am in roaming? Kharkiv," writes one of the users.
"Kyivstar" has not yet reported what exactly caused such a massive failure. However, it replies in the comments that "The company will do everything possible to improve the quality."

Recall that on December 12, 2023, in the morning, there was a failure in the Kyivstar network. Subsequently, the company announced a hacker attack that caused problems with mobile communications and the Internet.
Two days later, the operator turned on voice communications and almost completely resumed the operation of home Internet, and on December 15, turned on mobile Internet in Ukraine, including 4G.
On December 20, the network again experienced problems in the operator's work. But the next day, the company announced that they had completely restored all basic services affected by the hacker attack. They assured that, despite the incident, subscriber information and personal data remained safe.
