It later became known that the Russians hit a high-rise building.
"One of the KABs hit a residential high-rise building. As for the casualties, information is being collected," Terekhov said.
Another KAB, according to the head of the Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubov, hit a forest belt.

"At least 10 cars are burning. Rescuers are evacuating residents. The fire is being extinguished and the search for people is ongoing," the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration noted.

Meanwhile, the Nakipilo.Kharkiv Media Group reports that the first through fourth floors of the building were destroyed at the site of the air bomb impact. The fire also spread to other entrances.

The city mayor Igor Terekhov reported the organization of the evacuation of residents of the house that was hit by the enemy KAB. "Hundreds of broken windows, five houses were disconnected from electricity. A point will be organized near the landing site where local residents will be able to drink hot tea and have a snack. All relevant services and volunteers are working on site," Terekhov added.
