A successful attack on the Russian arsenal near Karachevo in Bryansk region (67th arsenal of GRAU) will affect the Kursk operation - Russian troops will face an inevitable shortage of ammunition for artillery. Military and political observer Alexander Kovalenko expressed confidence in this.
According to his information, the said arsenal primarily supplied the "North" group of troops and its subgroup - "Kursk".
"It is obvious that in October, Russian troops will have absolutely no success in regaining control over the Kursk region," the expert predicted. "While they will try to bite off pieces from the most successful direction for them, Snagost-Lyubimovka, the Ukrainian Defense Forces will expand the zone of control in other areas, which will be facilitated by the decrease in the activity of Russian artillery."
Kovalenko added that the Russian group in the Kursk region, which they have been trying to strengthen for two months and continue to do so, is in fact completely incapable of combat.
"Russia is not only incapable of defending itself, but also of organizing an adequate military operation to regain its territories. Of course, the corresponding conclusions are being drawn from this not only in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also among our partners and a number of other geopolitical players," the observer added.
