Russian occupation forces in the Vremovsky direction are preparing to attack with armored vehicles. Infantry assault groups will attack with fire support, the spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces Vladislav Voloshin said in a comment to LIGA.net, citing intelligence data.
As he said, the use of armored vehicles to support manpower is planned in the area of Priyutnoye and Levadnoye in the Zaporizhia region. The enemy has already conducted the corresponding exercises at one of the training grounds in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhia region. In addition, the invaders are preparing to more actively conduct combat operations under the cover of drones and the use of various anti-thermal imaging cloaks.
"In modern warfare, technology is not a panacea. It is quite vulnerable in modern combat conditions, so it is not always effective. Especially in the south, where the line of combat conflict actually runs through the steppe zone, technology is visible from far away and it is easier to work on it with drones or artillery," the speaker reassured. At the same time, according to Voloshin, the occupiers continue to use buggies and motorcycles to quickly move between positions and deliver personnel and certain types of weapons. This also allows the enemy to move quickly and not be blown up in minefields. However, they are effectively worked on by the Ukrainian Armed Forces' drones.
