Deadly Russian strike on Kharkov: 12-year-old boy killed, teenager under rubble

In Kharkov, as a result of a strike that Russian occupiers carried out on a residential multi-story building, a boy who turned 12 in September was killed.
A teenager is under the rubble - a guy who is 15 years old, said the head of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov. The official added that the rescue operation is ongoing.
According to him, the search is complicated by the fact that the structures of the building hit by the enemy are seriously damaged, and there is a threat of collapse.
Sinegubov also reported that the body fragments found belong to the victim, who has already been tentatively identified:
"As of this minute (7:43 Thursday, October 31, - Ed.), one person has died. 34 have been injured."
