The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is launching a digital rating of combat effectiveness of commanders. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernogorenko on Facebook.
"Today, the government supported the resolution, thanks to which commanders will submit reports on the defeat of the enemy to "Army+". This can be done very easily, in a few minutes. And most importantly - without any paperwork. You can attach confirmation from the DELTA combat system to such a report. Then all the data will go to the General Staff," she explained.
According to her, this will create a large unified dashboard of enemy destruction, which will help analyze the performance of units and troops as a whole.
Chernogorenko noted that the reports will help evaluate not only the effectiveness of the military, but also equipment and ammunition, as well as better understand what weapons and where to manufacture and deliver first.
"This is a revolution and an impetus for major changes in the army, when decisions will be made on a data-driven basis, and not from the head," the deputy minister added.
