Despite the successful hit of Magura V5 naval drones on Russian helicopters, the enemy continues to use aviation in the Azov-Black Sea region. According to the representative of the Ukrainian Navy, Captain 3rd Rank Dmitry Pletenchuk, the invaders do not yet have much choice in patrolling the sea area, and they have not yet come to an understanding of the situation.
"We must take into account who we are dealing with, that is, we should turn to the existing experience, which shows that they have not yet reached the stage of perception. They must be convinced, lose a couple more units to understand that the situation has changed. After that, they will somehow change their tactics ... ", - Pletenchuk said on the air of the telethon.
He specified that the Russians, when they understand the danger their aviation is in, will take a certain tactical pause, but it is too early to say that the situation in the air has changed dramatically. In particular, the enemy continues to use aviation.
"Of course, it is used not because the Russians are so daring, but because they have no choice. And, accordingly, tasks must be completed. Just as they do not spare their infantry, to put it mildly, in principle, we must understand that this attitude is also towards all armed forces. The only difference is that the cost of equipment has a slight influence on decision-making and that's all," the speaker emphasized.
In his opinion, we should wait for further cases - shooting down enemy helicopters and aircraft with the help of sea drones, and after that, perhaps, the tactics of the Russians in the airspace in the Azov-Black Sea region will somehow change.
