The UK and its allies are transferring 30,000 drones to Ukraine for £45 million ($55 million). This became known from a message from Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov on Facebook about the achievements of the 25th Rammstein meeting.

"The UK: together with NATO allies will transfer 30,000 new drones to Ukraine for £45 million. Denmark, the Netherlands, Latvia and Sweden are participating in the project. Norway: 700 million Norwegian crowns for the purchase of drones as part of a multinational initiative. Iceland: will finance the production of Ukrainian weapons within the framework of the "Danish model" in the amount of 2 million euros," Umerov noted.

He noted that the meeting's results also included: a new $500 million aid package from the United States, which will include air defense missiles, air-to-air missiles, and equipment for F-16 aircraft. Canada is providing aid worth 440 million Canadian dollars, including 100 million for the purchase of Ukrainian weapons according to the Danish model. Germany will transfer 6 IRIS-T air defense systems in 2025 and will soon provide 50 interceptor missiles for these systems.

"We have moved to a new level of cooperation: in addition to meeting the immediate needs of the war, we will also work on building the long-term capabilities of our army," Umerov noted.

In particular, roadmaps for the development of the Ukrainian Defense Forces until 2027, developed within the framework of 8 Coalitions of Capabilities, were approved:

- aviation;

- air defense;

- naval capabilities;

- artillery;

- armored vehicles;

- IT;

- drones;

- demining.

The Minister also reported that during the meeting Ukraine presented its military strategy, which is based on four key priorities:

- stabilization of the front line;

- strengthening the defense capability of Ukraine;

- strengthening the protection of the sky and sea routes;

- an asymmetric response to the aggressor's attempts to achieve an advantage through scale.

"I am grateful to the United States and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin for their leadership and efforts, thanks to which more than 50 countries of the world united to help Ukraine at the most difficult moment. For almost three years of a full-scale war, the participants of "Ramstein" declared more than 145 billion dollars in aid to Ukraine in the sphere of security. This is the result of the true unity of the free world," Umerov noted.
