Due to the massive attack of the Russian Federation, emergency power outages were introduced in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovograd regions. This was reported by the press service of "Ukrenergo".
Also, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko said that the enemy does not stop terrorizing Ukrainians, therefore, as a result of another shelling, the transmission system operator is applying preventive measures of restriction.
"Follow the official reports. While the danger continues - take shelter!", the minister urged.
According to the Telegram channel "Svitlo Kropyvnytskyi Misto", by order of NEC "Ukrenergo", the schedule of emergency power outages (GAO) has been canceled.
Updated 08:40. Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi reported that during the morning attack, the enemy attacked the energy infrastructure of the Lviv region and Ukraine.

Updated 11:08. Ukrenergo reported that as of 09:00, the application of emergency shutdown schedules in all of the above regions had been cancelled.
"Today, January 15, electricity consumption, as of 9:30, was 2.3% higher than at the same time the previous day - Tuesday. The reason for the increase is cloudy weather in some regions and a decrease in the efficiency of household solar power plants," the report added.
Ukrenergo also calls on people to consume electricity sparingly from 08:00 to 20:00 and, if possible, not to use powerful electrical appliances at this time or turn on several such appliances at the same time.
