Russian occupiers dropped three guided aerial bombs on Zolochiv in the Kharkiv region, as a result of which two people were injured, including a child.
As noted in the Telegram channel of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, according to the investigation, at about 23:05 on January 19, the Russian armed forces carried out three air strikes on the village of Zolochiv in the Bogodukhov district.
As a result of the strike, three residential buildings were destroyed and more than 15 were damaged. Utility rooms, three stores, two cars and power lines were also damaged.
"A 14-year-old girl was injured. The child was taken to the hospital. The 87-year-old woman experienced an acute stress reaction," the report says.
Thus, under the procedural guidance of the Bogodukhov District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, pre-trial investigations were launched into the fact of the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
