Tonight, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked the Kyiv region with a drone, killing three people and injuring another.
The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
According to law enforcement, a high-rise building and more than ten private residential buildings were damaged.
A criminal case has been opened on the fact of a war crime (Part 2, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on Telegram that in the Kyiv region, as a result of an attack by Russian drones, houses in Brovary and Glevakha were damaged, and rescue operations after the strike continued all night.
"Unfortunately, three people died. My condolences to their families and friends. There are wounded, they are receiving the necessary assistance. The rescue operation was completed only at 9 am," he noted.
At the same time, Zelensky noted that Russia is now capable of attacking because it still has the ability to bypass sanctions.
"Thank you to every leader, every country that puts pressure on Russia to end this unprovoked and terrorist war. In particular, there must be responsibility for each component for the production of "shaheds" and missiles that are supplied in circumvention of sanctions. Russia would not be able to fight at all if the ability of Russian accomplices to assist this terror and assaults on the front were really limited," the head of state noted.
