New homes for IDPs: UAH 15 billion allocated for compensation for housing destroyed by Russians

The government allocated UAH 15 billion to compensate internally displaced persons for houses damaged or destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
"Thanks to this decision, more than 10 thousand families will be able to receive a new home. The funds will be provided under the "eVidnovlennia" program," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to Shmyhal, the first UAH 4.3 billion for further payment of housing certificates have already been received into the account of the Ministry of Development, which, together with the Ministry of Social Policy, has created a separate financing program aimed exclusively at helping IDPs.
