The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the defeat of the Ryazan Oil Refinery on the night of February 24.
According to the official report of the General Staff, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, on the night of February 24, 2025, struck the Ryazan Oil Refinery in the Ryazan region, which is involved in providing the occupation army of the Russian Federation.
"At least 5 explosions are known in the target area. Preliminary, a fire broke out in the area of the primary oil refining unit ELOU AT-6. The results of the defeat are being clarified," the report says.
In addition, as reported by the General Staff, yesterday the units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit an oil depot - a fire was recorded in the area of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "8 March" plant in the Tula region of the Russian Federation.
