Which enterprises cannot reserve employees: the TCC named the main criterion

An enterprise can reserve employees only when it has started to carry out the mobilization task. This was stated by the head of the military registration and reservation department of the Nikolaev regional TCC and SP Oleg Chub, commenting on resolutions No. 45 and 76 on the reservation of employees of enterprises.
"That is, if an enterprise has not started to carry out the mobilization task, the booking is not documented and employees of such enterprises are not transferred to special registration," the TCC representative noted.
As for resolution No. 76, he noted that the most important point is that all reservations that were provided by the decision of the Ministry of Economy or through "Diyu" are valid until March 31, 2025.
"That is, such enterprises must undergo confirmation of criticality and rebook their employees. If they do not do this, then on March 31 their deferment will expire," Chub emphasized.
